Aunt Lela's Hot Salsa
tomato peeled and cut into chunks
onion finely chopped
Put everything into a pot.
Cook to half consistency.
Fill jars to 2 inches from top.
Heat jars and flats or they will not seal.
Hot bath jars for 20 minutes
Ones that don't seal, eat right away.
Cooking Time: 3 hours
