beaten eggs

Mix together yeast and warm water; set aside.
Mix shortening, sugar, bran, and salt; add 1 cup boiling water; add flour and mix well.

Add 2 beaten eggs; then yeast mixture; then flour. Mix well.

Grease bowl - shape dough in ball; place in bowl and turn dough over. Cover with plastic wrap.

Chill 2 hours or up to 4 days.

Roll in balls and place in greased pan.

Let rise 2 hours.

Bake 15 minutes at 425°.
