Mix yeast, warm water, sugar and salt until dissolved.

Mix egg and melted shortening, add to yeast mixture.

Mix in flour.

Put in refrigerator at least 2 hours or over night.

Remove and roll into golf ball size, let rise 1 hour.

Bake 12 - 15 minutes at least 400°.
