Soft Pretzels

dry yeast
1 1/2
cup
water
tablespoon
sugar
teaspoon
salt
4
cups
flour
egg, beaten
In bowl, dissolve yeast in water.

Add sugar and salt.

Blend in flour.
Turn out on lightly floured board (knead).

Roll pieces shape into pretzel. Place on greased sheet.

Brush with eggs and sprinkle with salt.

Bake 12 - 15 minutes at 450°.
