Combine cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.

Prepare pudding using the milk.

Blend the cream cheese mixture and pudding together. Then fold in the Cool Whip.

In flower pot, layer the Oreos then the pudding mixture in several layers, beginning and ending with Oreos.

Top the pot with artificial flowers. (Sometimes accented with Gummy Worms.)
