Pecan Crunch Pie

graham crackers

pecans

vanilla

Beat eggs; add baking powder.

Add sugar; beat until very stiff.

Add pecans and vanilla.

Crush graham crackers. Spread in heavily buttered 10" pie pan.

Spread filling over graham crackers.

Bake 30 minute at 350°.

Chill for 4 - 5 hours.

Spread 1 cup whip cream on pie.
