In a 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring to full boil, stirring. Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat or until 234°.

Add the chocolate chips, marshmallow crème, nuts, and vanilla. Pour into a 13x9 greased pan.

Cool at room temperature.
