Preheat oven to 375°.

Beat eggs in large mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients; blend on low speed about 30 seconds. Mix on medium until all are well-blended and gather - about 3 minutes. Form into a ball (if dough does not hold add 1 or 2 tablespoons cream). Cut in 2 equal parts.

Prepare 2 of the following:

Double Chocolate Cookies ½ dough (1 part) 2 square unsweetened chocolate (melted and cool) 1 small package chocolate chips ¼ cup water ¼ cup sugar Mix well. Make into cookies and bake for 12 minutes at 375°.

Peanut Butter Cookies ½ dough (1 part) 2/3 cup peanut butter. Mix well. Make into cookies and bake for 12 minutes at 375°.

Pecan Refrigerated Cookies ½ dough (1 part) 1 cup pecans Mix - shape into 7" rolls wrap in waxpaper. Chill 2 hours. Slice in to 1/8" slices. Mix well. Make into cookies and bake for 12 minutes at 375°.

Sugar Cookies ½ dough (1 part) Sugar Roll 1/8" thick. Cut with cookie cutters; sprinkle with sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375°.

Cinnamon Balls ½ dough (1 part) ½ cup pecans 2 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoon cinnamon Mold dough into 1" balls. Roll balls in mixture. Bake 8 - 10 minutes. Make about 3 dozen.
