sweetened condensed milk
almond extract or vanilla extract
In a bowl, toss together coconut, flour & salt.
Stir in condensed milk & extract (mixture will be very sticky).
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 300°F for 18-22 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool for 2-5 minutes before removing to wire rack.
