Gingerbread Spritz

molasses

packed brown sugar
egg
teaspoon
vanilla

flour
baking powder
ground nutmeg
cinnamon
salt
ground clove
ground ginger
Icing
powdered sugar

milk
Mix together butter, molasses and brown sugar.

Add egg and vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, cloves and ginger.

Mix well and chill dough 1 to 2 hours.

Press and bake for 7 to 8 minutes at 400°.

Remove from cookie sheet and cool.

Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
Mix together powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
