Caramel Popcorn Balls

brown sugar

light corn syrup

water

salt

white vinegar

butter

In a sauce pan, combine sugars, corn syrup, water, salt, & vinegar.

Using candy thermometer, heat to a boil, stirring regularly until temperature reaches 260°F - will take about 15 minutes - remove from heat.

Stir in butter.

Pour caramel sauce over popcorn & stir until coated.

Spread out popcorn and let set up for a few minutes.

Form into popcorn balls & let cool.
