Oreo cookies

cream cheese

Cool Whip

instant vanilla pudding

margarine

powdered sugar

milk

Crush up whole bag of Oreo cookies in blender or food processor, save 3/4 cup of crumbs for topping.

Pack cookie crumbs in 9x13 pan.

Melt butter and pour over crumbled cookies.

Put in freezer for about 20 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 8 ounces Cool Whip.

Spread on crust.

Add milk to pudding and beat until thick. Spread over cream cheese.

Top with rest of Cool Whip and cookies.
