Flat Iron Steak

olive oil

cup

red cooking wine

garlic clove, minced

tablespoon

fresh parsley, chopped

teaspoon

rosemary

1/2

teaspoon

onion, minced

1/2

teaspoon

salt

3/4

teaspoon

pepper

1/4

teaspoon

dry mustard

steak

Combine all ingredients except steak, mix well. (a gallon ziplock baggie works great)

Pour over steak and marinate at least 4 hours.

Cook on grill or cast iron skillet for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
