potatoes peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices

tomato, diced

tomato sauce

salt & pepper to taste

green beans (optional)

Salt and pepper stew meat and add to large stock pot.

Brown seasoned stew meat till tender about 30 minutes - cooking longer will make the meat more tender.

Add potatoes & carrots, cook until tender about 20 minutes.

Add rest of ingredients and cook about 15 minutes.
