Chicken Fried Rice

bacon grease

green onions, chopped

cooked chicken breast, diced

garlic salt

soy sauce

In a sauce pan, add water, rice and oil. Bring to a boil, cover, simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside.

Sauté butter, bacon grease, green onion, and chicken. Cook until onions are transparent. Add garlic salt to taste.

Add cooked rice DO NOT STIR, in middle of rice add soy sauce and egg.

Turn heat on high and lift to mix egg in and cook at same time. Rice is very tender so be sure to lift.
