Chicken Milanese

The sauce should cover about 15-18 pieces of chicken. Increase recipe if you need more sauce.

chicken tender (4-6 per person)

Parmesan cheese grated

bread crumbs

Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil (this taste the best)

white wine

lemon juice

Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together in a bowl.

Bread chicken tenders in bread crumbs & parmesan cheese mix.

Cover bottom of skillet with olive oil, heat over medium high heat.

Place breaded chicken tenders in olive oil, brown on each side until done.

Remove chicken from oil, put chicken in heating dish and place in oven at lowest temperature to keep warm.

Repeat until all chicken is cooked.

In pan with olive oil, add 1/2 cup white wine and bring to a boil.

Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and reduce down.

Taste, if not tart add more lemon juice and reduce more.

Pour white wine & lemon juice sauce over chicken and serve or let people pour sauce on themselves.
