Sweet Sour Pork

pork, cut in julienne strips

soy sauce

green pepper cut into 1/2-inch cubes

green onion sliced

pineapple chunks, undrained

brown sugar

cornstarch

white vinegar

Put pork in mixing bowl with soy sauce, oil, ginger and mustard. Toss to mix and set aside while cutting vegetables.

Brown port in hot skillet 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add green pepper and onions; sauté 2 minutes longer.

Add pineapple and bring to boil.

Stir together brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and water.

Add to skillet and stir until thickened and smooth, about 2 minutes.

Serve over rice.
