Package bread

chopped onion

quart

turkey juice (enough till moist)

sage

turkey neck

Pre-heat oven to 325°.

Mix together with spoon, not your hands.

Keep adding sage until there is too much sage and then add some more.

Put in a pan loosely, do not press into pan.

Bake for 1 hour.
