Giblet Gravy
turkey insides

quart
juice from turkey bag
flour

boiled eggs, cut up
salt to taste
Cut up turkey insides.

Add turkey insides to juice and bring to a boil.
In separate contain, add 2 tablespoons flour to 1 cup cold water and shake. Gradually add to hot turkey juice. Cook till slightly thickens.

Add boiled eggs.

Salt to taste.
